Oregon High School Rodeo Association was formed in 1971 for the purpose to produce, promote, supervise and regulate high school rodeos in the state of Oregon as well as producing a State Finals Rodeo, which offers the chance for a qualification to the National High School Rodeo Finals. Oregon High School Rodeo is a member to the National High School Rodeo Association, in which they run all rodeos in accordance with the National High School Rodeo Association rules and regulations. All members of Oregon High School Rodeo Association are also members of the National High School Rodeo Association.
Oregon High School Rodeo takes pride in their members offering them a stepping stone to the next level of rodeo. Many professional level Cowboys and Cowgirls were first members of OHSRA. OHSRA is proud of their members and the future they hold.
