Hi everyone! My name is Chelsea Leonard and I am the 18 year old daughter of Kimm McArthur. I reside in Roseburg OR, and a senior at Roseburg High School. I have been involved with horses since age seven. I’m a member of the Oregon High School Equestrian Team where I was awarded Rookie of The Year, a member of the Oregon High School Rodeo Association where I compete in barrel racing and pole bending with my 12 year old AQHA gelding Rocky.. I enjoy spending my time riding horses, camping, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering. I am an honor roll student, a member of National Honor Society, Editor in Chief of the school paper, and Class Representative. After high school I plan on competing in college rodeo, and studying journalism and graphic design. If I could have one wish it would be to see Oregon through the eyes of Lewis and Clark. I am very excited and blessed to be able to represent Oregon High School Rodeo, and look forward to traveling all across the state!
